Stalk solid,
slightly off-center and up to 2" across, smooth to scurfy, with a
soft center, equal or tapering at base, curved or bent; without a partial
veil.
Caps up to
7" in diameter
Odor mild
Taste mild,
somewhat like a Pleurotus ostreatus
